What to Expect
Congratulations on taking the first step towards better health! Making naturopathic medicine part of your health care regimen will help you to reclaim your health as we work alongside conventional medicine for the best outcomes and help you to avoid invasive procedures by implementing preventative medical care.
When you book your first appointment, you will be asked to arrive about 15 minutes early to fill out the intake forms for new patients. Initial appointments are usually 60 to 90 minutes in length. During this time, Dr. Jessica will gain an understanding of your medical history and a comprehensive picture of your present health concerns in order to address the root cause of your condition. The visit may include a focused physical assessment. Depending on your case, Dr. Jessica may recommend additional lab testing or formulate an individualized treatment protocol during the first visit.
Your second follow-up appointment will be between 30 to 40 minutes in length and subsequent follow-up appointments will usually be about 20 minutes in length, during which Dr. Jessica will evaluate your progress, review additional lab work and changes to your health history, and make any necessary adjustments in treatment.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. A late cancellation or a missed appointment prevents us from being able to serve others in need and therefore will result in a charge of half the original appointment fee. We value your time and hope that you value ours!
Refund Policy
All payments are due at the time of treatment. There are no refunds or exchanges of naturopathic prescriptions, lab tests, test kits, or service fees. For safety reasons, supplements may only be returned if they are unopened and are not past their expiration date. A full refund may be issued in the case of a patient experiencing an adverse event after taking a supplement.
Email Policy
Patients may communicate with us through email in between appointments regarding short questions about current treatments. Emails are not to be used in lieu of an appointment. This is in accordance with our medical obligation to provide a high standard of care for each patient. All email communication will be placed in your medical record. You will generally receive a response within 2-3 business days. For emergencies, call 911 rather than sending an email.
